Wow! What a transformation of my kitchen. Nathan removed the old caulk and replaced it with a custom color. I  had no idea this was possible nor the impact. Next, Nathan caulked my two newly remodeled bathrooms with some challenging spaces and edges. Crisp, clean, and beautiful!  I have been looking for a professional caulker, since I discovered they exist. I have tried caulking and quickly decided this is a job for an experienced expert! What a blessing to find Nathan! Nathan was amazing in fixing the caulk in our shower. He was very responsive when we sent the initial message and he was able to get us on the schedule pretty fast. After trying to find someone to caulk my shower for months I found All Things Caulking.   Immediate response through email.  Home visit with estimate within days and a fix the next week. To have “merely” an in writing opportunity to share my deep satisfaction related to my experience with Nate and All Things Caulk (ATC) is challenging, but I will do my best: What I expected was a competent contractor, but what I received was a passionate craftsman. What I expected was a professional doing his “job” but what I received was a deeply committed human being deploying his expertise toward me and my house. Finally, what I expected was a project finished with excellence and the simplicity of a transaction completed, but along with those two things, what I received was so much more: A surprisingly uplifting experience delivered by a delightful human being and his company, an experience that has left me “added to” for life. Nathaniel responded quickly, promptly came out to provide an estimate and was prepared to do the job in the same visit, which wasn't expected.  He was very knowledgeable on the correct caulk to use for the job and able to point out why several past caulk jobs had failed so quickly.  He emphasized a clean starting surface, a step previous caulkers just blew through. He caulked a nearly 100 year old alcove tub/shower and tile.  Being so old, the house has settled over the years leaving some large gaps, and inconsistent gaps.  This wasn't a problem for Nathaniel, the lines are clean and consistent (see photos).  The tub had also recently been reglazed and Nathaniel was cautious to avoid damaging that delicate finish, which past caulkers had not been so great about. The price was more than I'd paid people in the past, but based on his knowledge and the end result, I'd say it's well worth it.  Not only is it a better end product, but he also did it in less time.  Nathaniel clearly knows caulking.  I have exterior caulking that I plan to hire him for down the road as well.
